Returns
Refunds, replacements and exchanges can only be issued if:
- The products are damaged or defective
- The products are in the same condition that you received them
- The products are unopened
- The products were purchased directly through getdopa.com
- The products are returned within a 30 day period from receipt
Customers are required to pay all shipping/postage fees when returning an order, and are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely by using a trackable delivery service, e.g. Royal Mail Tracked
If your situation is applicable for our Returns Policy, please email hello@getdopa.com to arrange, using the subject line RETURNS or EXCHANGES.
Once we receive and inspect your return, weโll send you an email to notify you that we have your returned item and whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days.
